A digitally printed one piece mailer that was targeted at Nectar's best collectors. The work was highly personalised, utilising information about the collector's points balance, where they had recently spent points, where they had collected points and information to sign post sponsors in their local area.

The mailing was sent to 50,000 Nectar customers each month and achieved a 97% open rate.
