Heart Matters.

In one of the first initiatives of its kind, the BHF launched a new service to help millions of people improve their heart health - Heart Matters.

This saw the development of several integrated projects. Including the Heart Matters Welcome pack (pictured) which included 'A Quick Guide to Heart Health' brochure. 'Your 5-a-day food diary' and quick reference tape measure. The campaign was further supported with highly targeted digitally printed mail packs, emails and banner ads.

Over 130,000 people have since been recruited.
